These professionally-developed Best Practice products have been produced to provide the South Australian non-government youth sector with a range of resources to assist in managing and delivering youth services. This handbook provides a basic overview of the law in the areas most likely to arise for those who work with young people. It is divided into two sections; the first details the law and legal issues for those who work with young people and the second deals with the law as it pertains directly to young people themselves.

Beyond the Revolving Door ( 196Kb)
Beyond the Revolving Door was produced by YACSA in association with the YACSA Health Policy and Advocacy Group in 2001, and is the result of consultation with service providers and consumers exploring the service needs of homeless young people with mental health issues. A hard copy of the report is also available from the YACSA Secretariat.
Cross Cultural Links - World Conference Against Racism ( 100Kb)
This report presents the outcomes of the Cross-Cultural Links' Youth Forum against Racism, held in Adelaide in April 2001, the purpose of which was to channel young people's perspectives on racism into the United Nations' World Conference against Racism held in Durban in September 2001, as well as to help demystify the UN for consultation participants.
